A recent article written by Elain Hamilton Grundy reveals the benefits of Reiki. This survey studied nearly 1,300 participants on their levels of improvement in physical health, mental and emotional health, to changes in their lifestyle from the beginning of their Reiki practice.

86% report less anxiety and worry
84% report more happiness
