Questions for the Higher Self

Before the day of your session, make sure you put together a list of questions or concerns. Write this list down on a piece of paper or print it out from your computer. Put your questions and concerns in order of importance. Common questions include ones about health, relationships, life path or purpose, spiritual origins or past life, and strange or unusual experiences.   Acknowledge any questions that that automatically pop into your mind. All questions are valid. We will review these questions and concerns together before the session to help set intentions and guide the session.

What kind of questions? The general rule is to ask personal questions or keep topics related to your personal life. Avoid questions with "should" in them. Here are a few examples:

I have had asthma since birth. Why? Can it be healed?

I am in a new love relationship. Is this person the right one for me?

I really dislike my job and would like to quit and find a new one. What is the best path forward for me?

I have a difficult relationship with my sister. Why is this so and can it be resolved?

Many years ago I had something strange happen to me. (This could be a dream, vision, feeling, or experience). What exactly happened, and why?

I have a lifelong interest in (name ANY subject) can we explore this in depth?

Why did I choose my current family?

Am I on the right life path for my highest good and wellbeing?

Topics to ask questions about include:

Purpose Health Strange/Unusual experiences

Career Choices/Options Universal Meaning/Knowledge

Relationships Guidance/Clarity Patterns/Beliefs/Habits

Take some time to reflect and create a list of questions for your higher self. The right question can be the key to unlocking the information you seek.
