Getting Ready for Quantum Hypnosis

Wondering how to prepare for a session? Here are a few things to consider.

As much as you can, clear your day for the session. We begin by talking, going over the process and reviewing your questions. Then you get comfortable and relaxed, then we begin the hypnosis session. Afterwards, we will go over what was experienced, and we make sure you are awake and grounded for the rest of your day.

It is generally not a goo idea to have additional appointments after your session or plan a long drive ahead of you (unless you are in the passenger seat). Having a quantum healing session is very much like participating in a long, detailed and involved dream. You will feel as if you have just returned from an amazing journey, and in fact you have done just exactly that.


This affirmation will help set your intention for the session. Try practicing it everyday when you wake up and before you go to sleep:


I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self.


Preparing for a session

Before the day of your session, make sure you put together a list of questions or concerns. Write this list down on a piece of paper or print it out from your computer. Put your questions and concerns in order of importance. Common questions include ones about health, relationships, life path or purpose, spiritual origins or past life, and strange and unusual experiences. Acknowledge any questions that automatically pop into your mind. All questions are valid. We will review these questions and concerns together before the session to help set intentions and guide the session.


Make sure you drink plenty of water. Water is vital to help hydrate and can facilitate a strong connection.


Practice quieting or stilling your mind as best as possible. Light meditation is a great method, but you could also take a walk in nature or practice yoga or daydreaming. Take some time to unplug from the phone, computer, an tv and quiet the mind.


On the day of your session try to not consume too much caffeine. If you normally drink coffee or tea, one cup is alright. Too much caffeine will interfere with your mind and body's ability to relax. Also, do not consume alcohol before your session.


Eat a light snack prior to your session. You do not want to start the session hungry. Again, light exercise will help relax and quiet your mind.


Dress comfortably with loose clothing. Comfort is key!


You will receive a recording of your session. Any healing or life improvement suggestions can and will be reinforced by listening repeatedly to the audio recording of your session.
